Bridge Frame
The bridge frame is the basic component of the overhead bridge crane, which is composed of bridge girder, end beam and other parts.
  • Bridge Girder: This is the primary load-bearing structure of the overhead bridge crane, responsible for supporting and carrying the weight of the entire overhead crane as well as the loads generated during lifting operations.
  • End Beam: Bears the load of the main girder and enables the bridge frame to move along the tracks through the wheels installed at its two ends, realizing the longitudinal operation of the overhead bridge crane.
Trolley and Driving Mechanism
The trolley is the main component of the overhead crane used for lifting materials. It is placed on the guide rail of the bridge frame and can move along the width of the workshop. The trolley is mainly composed of a trolley frame, a trolley driving mechanism and a lifting mechanism.
  • Trolley Frame: It is welded from steel plates, and is equipped with components such as the trolley driving mechanism, lifting mechanism, railings, and lifting limit switches.
  • Trolley Driving Mechanism: It is composed of motor, reducer, roller, brake, etc. The motor drives the driving wheel to move the trolley.
  • Lifting Mechanism: It is composed of motor, reducer, reel, brake, etc., and is used to drive the lifting movement of the hook. The lifting motor is connected to the reducer through the brake wheel and clutch. The output shaft of the reducer is connected to the lifting drum. The drum is wrapped with a wire rope, and the other end of the wire rope is connected to the hook.
Crane Running Mechanism
The crane running mechanism is the main component of the overhead bridge crane that moves along the length of the workshop, which is composed of driving motor, brake, transmission shaft, reducer and wheels.
Cabin
The cabin is the pod that operates the crane. The cabin is equipped with large and small crane running mechanism control devices, lifting mechanism control devices and crane protection devices, etc.
Electric System
Bridge crane is also equipped with electric system, including a trolley conductive device (auxiliary slide wire) and crane main power conductive devices a crane main power conductive device (main slide wire), which are used to provide power to the crane and trolley.
