Generally speaking, we need about 3 months of production time and 20days for factory installation, testing and commissioning.
We will select appropriate and safe transportation and packaging methods, using GPS and other monitoring equipment to monitor the entire transportation process, conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of the transportation process.
The marine travel lift & its parts are guaranteed for 12 months from the B/L date.
Within 12 months warranty period, the free parts are provided (excludes man-made damage).

a. Remote online guidance for free any time.
We provide online remote guidance through video tools to guide the on-site assembly and commissioning of the boat travel lift, and we answer relevant questions for you.
b. On-site guidance for you
Haitai Crane will send engineers to customer’s site to guide the installation and commissioning. The cost details will be list in our quotation.
It is necessary that we provide full set guidance documents such as installation plan, electrical drawing, hydraulic drawing, operation manual and so on.
