25 Tons Double Girder Gantry Crane

In modern industrial production, lifting equipment is an indispensable part, especially in the case of large tonnage material handling. In order to meet the needs of our customers in Kyrgyzstan, we designed and manufactured a 25 tons double girder gantry crane. The gantry crane adopts an A type structure and has remote control and driver’s cab control. It has been installed and officially put into use. This gantry crane is completely customized according to the customer’s specific requirements and can operate efficiently in different sites and environments.

1. A type structure: A type structure is famous for its stability and load-bearing capacity, which is suitable for large-tonnage lifting operations. The design of this structure makes the gantry crane more stable when lifting heavy objects, reduces the impact of lateral forces, and improves the safety of the operation.

2. Remote control and driver’s cab control: We provide customers with two control methods to adapt to different operating needs. Remote operation allows operators to take control from a distance from the equipment, which is especially important in space-constrained or hazardous environments. The driver’s cab control provides a fixed location where the operator can perform precise control from within the cab.

The main structure of the 25 tons double girder gantry crane:

1. Main beam structure: The main beam is the core part of the gantry craneand is responsible for supporting and lifting heavy objects. The main beam of the 25 tons double girder gantry craneis made of high-strength steel. Through precise welding and reinforcement processes, it ensures stability and durability when carrying 25 tons of heavy loads.
2. Legs: The design and manufacture of legs are equally critical. They need to provide sufficient support to ensure the stability of the entire gantry crane. The legs are box structure to increase their load-bearing capacity and bending resistance.
3. Walking beam: The walking beam is the basis for the movement of thegantry crane. The walking beam usually uses I-beam or box beam to ensure good operation under heavy load.
4. Walking structure: Including driving wheels and driven wheels, which are installed on the walking beam and are responsible for the movement of the gantry crane.
5. Elevator: In order to facilitate operators to get up and down the cab, the 25 tons double girder gantry craneis equipped with an elevator. The elevator is designed with safety and convenience in mind, ensuring that operators can reach the driver’s cab quickly and safely.
6. Driver’s cab: The driver’s cab is the operator’s working space. This design improves the operator’s comfort and wide field of vision. The driver’s cab is equipped with operating panels, seats, control equipment and necessary safety devices.
