Haitai Heavy Industry customized a 5-ton, 30-meter-long hydraulic telescopic crane for Sinopec’s offshore platform., And we completed the customized production of the hydraulic telescopic crane in accordance with customer requirements on time. The crane  is primarily installed on vessels for cargo handling. This marine hydraulic crane, powered by hydraulics, offers notable advantages over traditional mechanical hydraulic cranes. Compared with the fixed boom crane, the telescopic crane has the advantage that its boom can be extended or retracted to adjust the operating range. In an environment with limited space, the telescopic boom takes up less space and is more convenient for storage. To address the potential structural deformation that might occur during the expansion and extension of the 30-meter-long boom, the engineers adopted an optimized mechanical design to guarantee that the hydraulic crane can maintain its stability and reliability when fully extended.

Here are some suggestions regarding marine hydraulic cranes. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the key components, including the lifting mechanism, rotary mechanism, and hydraulic mechanism, are in normal condition.
