In 2017, as the company expanded its production scale, the customer in Bangladesh needed a bridge crane that could meet its specific material handling needs, improving production efficiency and ensuring operational safety.
During the project start-up phase, we had in-depth communication with the customer. We understood the customer’s specific usage site, the weight and size of the material, the daily operation process, and other detailed information. Based on this, we put forward suggestions and schemes to customers according to the actual application environment, including the key stages of bridge crane type, design scheme confirmation, manufacturing, transportation and installation, commissioning and operation, and acceptance.
Based on the specific requirements put forward by customers and the advantages of European bridge cranes, such as their compact structure, lightweight design, low energy consumption, smooth operation, low noise level, intelligence and high efficiency, high-precision positioning, easy maintenance, and high safety performance, we offer customers a scheme for a 10-ton, 18-meter European bridge crane and elaborate on its structural features, performance advantages, and safety performance. The customer expressed high approval of our plan and decided to adopt it.
Overcame the challenge to complete the installation successfully
During the implementation of the project, we encountered challenges such as site limitations and material handling difficulties. However, through close communication and cooperation with customers, we adjusted the construction plan promptly and took effective countermeasures to ensure the smooth progress of the project. These experiences and lessons will provide a valuable reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
