Haitai Crane customized a 5t 30m marine telescopic crane for Sinopec. The marine crane operation is safe and convenient. The 5t-30m marine telescopic boom crane, installed on the ship, is primarily used for lifting and transporting cargo. Its telescopic boom design helps minimize space usage while extending the working radius.
Before delivery to Sinopec, we would complete the installation and debugging of the telescopic crane, followed by multiple rounds of factory testing, functional testing, and load testing. During production, we also have invited the customer to visit the factory and oversee the production process to ensure every detail meets their expectations.
After delivery, our factory has sent engineers to the installation site to guide the installation work.
First, the base is securely fixed to ensure stability, followed by a firm connection of the column barrel to the base. It’s important to note that the hydraulic system is housed within the cylinder to protect it from sea breeze corrosion and extend its lifespan. The main arm is then attached to the column barrel to ensure a strong connection. Finally, the driver’s operating room is installed in a suitable position to ensure the safety of the operation. Throughout the entire process, from securing the base to placing the driver’s cabin, our engineers provided patient guidance, ensuring the installation was completed smoothly.
