To ensure the successful delivery of Guangzhou Shipyard International’s 700 ton × 162-meter single girder shipbuilding gantry crane project, Haitai Crane’s Wenzhou manufacturing base has officially commenced operations. With the installation of the gantry cranes now underway and initial production activities getting started, both project preparation and on-site construction are progressing in an orderly manner.
As an important manufacturing and production support base for Guangzhou Shipyard International’s 700 ton shipbuilding gantry crane project, the opening of the Wenzhou facility will provide essential support for subsequent manufacturing, assembly, and on-site construction.
The manufacturing base has now entered the initial stage of production. In the processing area, work is underway on tooling platforms and other related components. Workers are carrying out cutting, welding, and component fabrication in line with the production schedule, preparing for the subsequent manufacturing and assembly of large structural components.
The site is gradually being put into operation, with production activities progressing according to plan and creating favorable conditions for the next stages of construction.
Alongside the ongoing production preparations, the installation of the gantry cranes at the Wenzhou manufacturing base has officially begun.
No. 2 gantry crane has entered the assembly stage, with main girder lifting, structural installation, and related commissioning work being carried out in sequence. On-site personnel are working together with lifting equipment to complete each installation task according to the established construction schedule.
As the main structure of the gantry crane gradually takes shape, subsequent commissioning and operational preparation will provide the necessary equipment support for lifting, transferring, and assembling large steel structural components.
